Notice for 4th Phase

WEST BENGAL STATE COUNCIL FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING Date: 06.10.2020 N O T I C E In partial modification of the earlier Circular, it has been decided to allow already admitted interested candidates of ‘M’ Group Trades to participate in choice filling for the 4th Phase. This opportunity is being extended, so that the Candidates may avail the facility to get admitted in better Trades of their choice. However, such candidates are allowed to fill up the choices with the following conditions:— 1) If such admitted candidates get allotment in the upgraded seats as per his/her choice, he/she has to take admission mandatorily and the resultant vacancy will be offered to the next eligible candidate. 2) If the candidate does not get higher choices, his/her base seat (to which he/she is admitted now) will be retained. 3) If such candidates are admitted in the same category of seats i.e. Govt. to Govt. or IMC to IMC, he/she need not to pay any admission fees. However, in case of any change of admission category i.e. Govt. to IMC or IMC to Govt., the candidate has to pay the full amount, as will be mentioned in the allotment letter. The candidate will be entitled for refund his/her admission fees deposited earlier. The refund will be processed on a subsequent date after proper verification. 4) All the M group candidates in the merit list may fill up as much choices as he/she desires. However, seats will be allotted as per available vacancies. 5) Candidates, who are debarred/suspended from admission for erroneous marks/any other reason, are not eligible to participate in this 4th phase of choice filling. 6) M Group applicants are also eligible to choose any E Group trades of his/her choice. E group candidates are not eligible for this phase of choice filling. 7) There will be no VTC/PBSSD quota for this phase of counseling. However, other quotas as per prevailing norms will continue to exist. 8) The last date of choice filling has been extended up to 09.10.2020, instead of 07.10.2020. 9) The result of 4th phase allotment will be published on 12.10.2020. 10) The selected candidates of the 4th phase will have to get themselves admitted between 12.10.2020 to 15.10.2020.
